UROBOROS&AKMÉ
Thessaloniki Fringe - CataniaOFF Fringe Award Winner
"Uroboros" and "Akmé" are two award winning contemporary dance pieces.
Uroboros empathetically brings moments of the life cycle to the stage, allowing anyone to feel identified. Using ingredients from various styles of dance, physical theater, and performance, it is characterized by a playful and fun tone contrasted with the intensity of movement that aims to reflect the transition of the human being beyond birth, growth, reproduction and death.
Conversely, Akmé exposes sensations close to the limit. They use their bodies to create images open to the viewer's interpretation. A stimulating choreography that transports you into the world of relationships, both those you share with a person and those you have with yourself.
After the show there will be a post-shot discussion with the artists.

Δύο βραβευμένα έργα σύγχρονου χορού και σωματικού θεάτρου.
To Uroboros φέρνει με ενσυναίσθηση στη σκηνή, στιγμές του κύκλου της ζωής, με τον οποίο ο καθένας μπορεί να νιώσει ότι ταυτίζεται. Χρησιμοποιώντας συστατικά από διαφορετικά παραστατικά είδη– χορού, σωματικού θεάτρου και performance, χαρακτηρίζεται από έναν παιχνιδιάρικο και διασκεδαστικό τόνο, που έρχεται σε αντίθεση με την ένταση της κίνησης, που αντανακλά τη μετάβαση του ανθρώπου πέρα από τη γέννηση, το μεγάλωμα, την αναπαραγωγή και τον θάνατο.
Το Akmé ωθεί τις αισθήσεις κοντά στο όριο. Χρησιμοποιεί το σώμα για να δημιουργήσει εικόνες ανοιχτές στην ερμηνεία του θεατή. Μια διεγερτική χορογραφία, που μεταφέρει το κοινό στον κόσμο των σχέσεων, τόσο εκείνων που μοιράζονται με έναν άλλον άνθρωπο, όσο και αυτών με τον εαυτό μας.
Μετά την παράσταση θα ακολουθήσει ανοιχτή συζήτηση με τους χορευτές.
