Thessaloniki - FringeMI Award Winner
Jamaican-Canadian singer-songwriter, and multicultural artist Duane Forrest, shares his stories and songs gleaned from his travels around the world. After presenting his shows in international festival, including Edinburgh Fringe & FringeMI, Duane makes his Greek debut at Thessaloniki Fringe Festival.
Whether he’s singing about love found and lost in Latin America, or telling stories about seeking clarity while gigging throughout Asia and Europe, his soulful voice and samba-reggae vibes seek joy and hope in this broken world.
Proceeds support Duane's charity, Genesis Community of the Arts.

Ο Τζαμαϊκανο-Καναδός τραγουδιστής και συνθέτης, Duane Forrest, μοιράζεται για πρώτη φορά στην Ελλάδα, τα τραγούδια και τις ιστορίες, που έχει αποκομίσει από τα ταξίδια του σε όλο τον κόσμο και τη συμεμετοχή του σε διεθνή φεστιβάλ.
Είτε τραγουδά για τον έρωτα και τα ταξίδια στη Λατινική Αμερική, είτε διηγείται ιστορίες για την αναζήτηση διαύγειας, κατά τη διάρκεια μουσικών εμφανίσεων σε Ασία και την Ευρώπη, η συγκλονιστική, γεμάτη συναισθήμα φωνή του και οι ρυθμοί samba-reggae σίγουρα θα ανεβάσουν τη διάθεση και θα γεμίσουν το κοινό με ελπίδα.
