Unda: a cosmic performance for connection
"Unda" is a work-in-progress interdisciplinary performance that explores the symbolic and energetic power of water as a medium of memory, transformation, and connection. Through voice, movement, and video, it invites audiences into a ritual of resonance - between cultures and inner states. The piece emerged from an artistic residency that brought dialogue from diverse perspectives and cultures, and it has since evolved through a series of presentations in Thessaloniki and Athens. "Unda" aims to cultivate a sense of community, flow, and participation beyond borders.
Η «Unda» είναι μια διαπολιτισμική περφόρμανς που συνδυάζει φωνή, κίνηση, τελετουργία και ψηφιακά μέσα, σε μια σωματική και ποιητική αναζήτηση της σύνδεσης. Δημιουργήθηκε στο πλαίσιο ενός καλλιτεχνικού residency που έφερε σε διάλογο διαφορετικές κοσμοθεωρίες και πολιτισμούς, με βασικούς άξονες τη ρευστότητα, τη μνήμη, τη θηλυκή ενέργεια και το ιερό. Οι θεατές κινούνται ελεύθερα μέσα στον σκηνικό χώρο, σε ένα συμμετοχικό δρώμενο που τους καλεί να εγκαταλείψουν τον ρόλο του παρατηρητή και να συνυπάρξουν. Η «Unda» επιδιώκει τη δημιουργία κοινοτήτων μέσα από την τέχνη, πέρα από διαχωρισμούς και σύνορα.
