“First Light” is a contemporary, visual, and physical performance that reimagines the myth of Penelope — not as a woman eternally waiting, but as one who awakens to act.
It is a poetic exploration of silence, domestic space, and the quiet, radical power of choosing a different path.
The stage, adorned with everyday domestic objects, gradually transforms into a paradoxical landscape. What once defined “order” now becomes a realm of revolution. Each object stands as a testament to the passage of time.
"First Light" challenges inherited roles and speaks to the courage required to transform home, gender, and legacy into something uniquely one’s own.

Η παράσταση «First Light» είναι μια σύγχρονη, εικαστική επανεγγραφή του ομηρικού μύθου της Πηνελόπης. Όχι της Πηνελόπης, που υφαίνει και ξεϋφαίνει, αλλά μιας γυναίκας που παύει να ζει στο σκοτάδι της αναμονής και διεκδικεί το φως της δικής της αρχής.
Το σκηνικό, γεμάτο καθημερινά αντικείμενα του σπιτιού, μεταμορφώνεται σταδιακά σε ένα παράδοξο τοπίο — μια ποιητική αρχιτεκτονική του εσωτερικού κόσμου. Ό, τι κάποτε όριζε την «τάξη», γίνεται τώρα πεδίο επανάστασης.
Κάθε αντικείμενο μαρτυρά τη ροή του χρόνου.
Κάθε σιωπή αντηχεί ως βαθιά κραυγή.
Το «First Light» αμφισβητεί τους κληρονομημένους ρόλους και μιλά για το θάρρος να μεταμορφώσεις το σπίτι, το φύλο και την κληρονομιά σε κάτι μοναδικά δικό σου.
