Mailing Lists

As part of the registration process for our electronic newsletters and within the open call in Eventotron, we collect personal information that you provide us with via our online forms, namely; Your Full Name and Your Email Address.

We do not rent or trade your name or email address with any other organisations or businesses. We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our electronic newsletter and to store your details. We gather statistics of email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our communications. You can unsubscribe to our electronic newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our mailings.

Ticketing Data

When you purchase a ticket/s via our website, our third-party Box Office system collects personal information that you provide them with, such as Your Full Name, Email Address and Contact Telephone Number. We do not collect debit/credit card details, PayPal information or any other financial details used to purchase tickets or book onto a workshop. We do not rent or trade your personal information with other organizations and businesses. We share this data only within our organization to administer the festival.

We will additionally use this information to add you to our mailing list, if you don’t want to receive it, you can unsubscribe easily by clicking the unsubscribe link within the email. We won’t collect your email address in these cases.
